这是 Dapr 1.18.4-rc.4 候选版本。本次更新主要是把若干修复回合到 1.18 发布分支，集中在工作流引擎和热重载两块。热重载方面，工作流访问策略的编译结果会在存储对外列出之前完成替换。工作流方面，合成出来的子工作流和活动失败会标注来源应用；子工作流的终态会在通知父级之前先提交；子工作流的各项义务按顺序完成；被放弃的 continue-as-new 代会作为待启动事件持久化；即使某个已提交启动对应的提醒创建被放弃，该启动仍保持驱动状态。测试和端到端方面，actorphp 镜像去掉了 PHP 扩展安装器，actorphp 端到端应用从已停止维护的 PHP 8.0 镜像迁移出去，并修正了对应的 composer.json。完整变更对比见官方仓库从 v1.18.4-rc.3 到 v1.18.4-rc.4 的差异。
